In order to further standardize the company's research and development, production, sales and other operational processes, effectively control risks, and form a standardized operation and standardized management mode, Shenzhen Sowin Precision Machine Tool Co., Ltd. has been fully introduced into the ISO9001:2015 quality management system since the beginning of 2020.

   Under the instruction of General Manager Ji Shuhai, Chen Jianming, the top management representative, and the leaders of all departments of the company jointly planned and held special meetings for many times to review and approve the system documents.  Since May, the company has officially implemented the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.  In the establishment of the system, the company has strengthened the publicity and education, so that all staff's sense of responsibility, management and quality consciousness have been enhanced, and actively participate in the company's standardization construction, which has achieved practical results.  The specific performance is as follows: 1. The standardization of operation process is strengthened, risks are effectively controlled, and business management level is further improved;  2. Strengthen the internal audit management, and further strengthen the mechanism of self-discovery, self-improvement and self-perfection;  3. Strengthen the management of documents, standardize the management and technical documents, make them conform to the requirements of national and industrial regulations, promote the standardization, procedure and standardization of the company's internal management, and lay the foundation for the company to achieve comprehensive scientific management.  

   On September 28, 29, 2020, the company ushered in the first certification audit after implementation of the system, by ceri certification co., LTD. Miss Yang and Xie Laoshi CRB assessment teams of our company is a comprehensive quality management audit, the audit by field ask, check and sampling of the company form of comprehensive, strict audit and verification.  After the intense and meticulous audit work, the audit team of experts on the Company to implement the ISO9001 quality management system requirements of the work to give full recognition, on-site confirmation of the company's internal quality control in line with iso9001:2015 quality management system standards.
